It was pretty easy to assemble. It is is the perfect size for no more than 16 chickens. I added a day time yard around the front of it to give the flock room to peck and scratch around and have some dirt for them to bathe. The only downside is that you have to make sure that your perimeter is secure inside and out from the digging of the chickens and of the potential predators. I also added tin on the outside back and sides to increase the safety of the flock from reaching and grabbing paws.
