All of our cages will come flat packed – It came with a sufficient pictorial manual. Screws were in marked plastic bags. Panels are stamped and come ready to be screwed together. Many have dowel rods that fit nicely into pre-drilled holes(pre-drilling will prevent any cracks and preserve sturdiness while keeping wood intact). The Case of the Missing Labels

Catio arrived promptly after order was placed.
The equipment required was a drill. The suggested assembly time was 1 hour.
Unwrapping pieces and identifying them A1, A2, B1, B2, C all the way to Y was a definite challenge. 3/4 of the labels had detached from the pieces and were floating around in the box and wrapping material. What should have taken 1 hour, turned into 2 days! I’ve never been so frustrated in my 70 years! Matching panels was a challenge, especially when one panel was built with the braces upside down. The Catio came together with much difficulty. I would not recommend this project to my worse enemy.
