The hutch is attractive. Easy access to rabbit. The hutch looks big but definitely only one rabbit would be best. Not sure if it would last long in direct weather, better for a sheltered area. Replaced the bottom with a screened pull out tray with small pans underneath for easy cleaning. The screen also helps with a better airflow. Definitely takes 2 people for assembly, instructions are great.

When assembling using the proper screws you have to be very careful to not strip every one. The wood is very brittle as well. Cracked and broke in several places. Looks cute but kinda fragile for $200
