Q: Does EVA provide good UV resistance for a 'permanent' type exposure to UV/outdoor sunlight?

A: Hi UVconcern! According to our vendor-EVA is an elastomeric polymer that produces materials, which are “rubber-like” in softness and flexibility. The material has good low-temperature toughness, stress-crack resistance, hot and resistance to UV radiation. Although they could not claim that the resistance to UV radiation is permanent.

Q: can I use one line from my garden hose to my propane water heater to my out door sink

A: EVA Tubing is NOT to be used as a drinking water line. It is also not designed to handle typical city water pressure - especially when temperatures are above 68^F. There are so many other hoses in the market and available at Tractor Supply for your application. I know it's winter season, but a Marine/Camper Garden Hose (usually white cover) would be ideal. Let us know if you can not find what you are looking for.
