Q: Seeking a hose that will make it through out the winter also toughness is required. Like to find a hose that I can lay across the driveway. Any recommendations? Yes,"sparingly", auto will drive over it.

- A: Typically, hose should not be subjected to abuse such as running over it with a car. Maybe protect the the hose on both sides with sections of wooden 2 x 4's. There are alternate hoses that might hold up better than others, but still should not be run over. We also have a double jacket water hose (fire hose) that could give better results as a discharge hose.7 years agoHelpful?
