Item Delivered Defective

For an almost $1,800 purchase, the shape this was delivered in was unacceptable. Scratches over most of the crate and the way that the crate is dented completely keeps me from securely putting it together how it’s supposed to be. After I initiated the return, my boyfriend ended up getting a serious health related diagnosis and I wasn’t able to lug this entire crate back to the nearest TSC within the return window which is 45 minutes away from me as is so now I have to eat this purchase and be stuck with a crate I don’t even want to put my dog in now.

No, I do not recommend this product.
