Great quality food, terrible shipping

My cats love this food, but my local store is always wiped out. This is unfortunate because Thai is the only food that all my cats will eat, it has the best ingredients at an affordable price, and it keeps my cats full for a few hours which shows that it has quality ingredients rather than fillers. The problem that I have is the website reflecting misinformation and the shipping issue. The website reflected that a store nearby had it in stock and stated that this case and another would be delivered SAME DAY if I placed an order. It was not. In fact, it has been 4 days and I have not received my order. The tracking numbers reflect two separate dates and, rather than being shipped from local stores, they are being shipped from different states. I was told they would be delivered same day. This is why I have a problem. I don’t understand why the website even gives you an ETA like “order before this time and receive it by this time” if that is not true at all. In fact, the email that I received stated that they had no ETA and I had no way to cancel the order. I will not be making his mistake again.

I ordered 45 cans of this food but the consistency of the food was totally unlike that of previous cans. It actually looked rotten. More and more of this food is flooded with fish oil (I’m assuming it is fish oil and not something much cheaper). NOT a good surprise! What has been done to the original formula?!???
