Delivery Services - Frequently Asked Questions

How does premium and same day delivery work?

As you browse products, you will see these delivery options available if the item is eligible for premium and/or same day delivery on the product page and shopping card.  Then simply click on the delivery options on the product page or shopping cart to choose the best option.  Once your order is placed we will have the product delivered directly to your address.

What items are eligible for premium or same day delivery?

Premium delivery is currently available for eligible safes and same day delivery is eligible for many different items depending on your shipping address.  Check the product page to see what delivery options are available in your area!

How will I know when my Premium or Premium Extra Delivery will be delivered?

The delivery company will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order to schedule delivery, deliveries will be made within 10 days of order placement.

When do I have to place an order to guarantee same day delivery?

If an item is eligible for same day delivery, order must be placed by 12 noon local time in order to have guaranteed delivery by the same day.  

What is included in Premium & Premium Extra Delivery?

Premium delivery includes delivery and set up inside home or business in your choice of location with a maximum of three steps. 

Premium Extra includes delivery and set up inside home or business in your choice of location with four or more steps or basement with walkout entry.

Extra services can be added by contacting the delivery company, including:

  • Bolting down safes
  • Installing elevation of safe (installing safe up off the ground for anti-moisture purposes)
  • Difficult moves (turns in staircases, platforms, landings)

What if I am not available when my same day delivery arrives?

No problem!  Check the box “Item(s) may be delivered and left unattended if I am not home at time of delivery.” in the shopping cart and we will leave the package at your address.

How do I change my delivery date?

Once your order is placed, you will need to contact TSC Customer Solutions to make changes to your delivery date. 

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact TSC Customer Solutions to schedule a return or replacement.
