Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp. fried chicken seasoning
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • â…› tsp. pepper
  • 6 large potatoes, cut in wedges

Directions

Melt butter or margarine, and set aside. Mix all other ingredients in a plastic bag. Shake to coat potatoes. Lay coated potatoes in pan in one layer. Pour melted margarine over potatoes. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees, then turn over. Continue baking another 20-30 minutes.
