We had to return this item. First it was difficult to get the e-bike onto the rack and then the upright supports did not fit around the bike

Sturdy easy bike rack for Velotrics

I ordered this rack online after reading reviews from other Velotric owners shortly before a vacation. I was pleased that it was delivered one day earlier than scheduled, no box damage. My husband spent a couple of hours assembling it. It worked well on our trip. Held the bikes securely to the vehicle, and was easy to load/unload. Seems to be good value for the cost, significantly less than many other e-bike racks.

Yes, I recommend this product.
