The Yost Vises 855-D2 Industrial Grade Reversible Vise is designed for mechanics that need a vise with large jaw opening capabilities. This updated design of our reversible vise is now stronger than ever! Built from 60, 000 PSI ductile iron, this vise is 2x stronger than competitor models. A redesigned nut and screw allow for increased clamping force. For unmatched versatility this vise features a reversible main jaw. When the front jaw is reversed, the jaw capacity is increased to a phenomenal 9-3/4". 5. 5" Serrated Jaws are designed to grip products securely. The two machined anvils provide a smooth work surface for forming or shaping. The 360 degree swivel base allows the vise to be rotated to any position for easy operation. The base features two lockdowns that will prevent the vise from rotating once the lockdowns have been tightened. The base also features four mounting tabs to secure the vise to the workbench (mounting hardware not included). This tool Conforms to Fed. Spec.
