Nice looking, roomy, easy to assemble. I have some concerns about its long-term sturdiness, particularly involving the tiny screws attaching the roof braces. I'm having difficulty purchasing the optional door and insulation add-ons that were advertised to be available.

Shipped quickly, was reasonably priced, well made and easy to assemble.

My wife wanted a small house for our Sulcata Tortoise. One requirement was an ad or at least 12 in wide so the tortoise could fit through. although the tractor supply ad for this doghouse says door is 9 in wide I check the manufacturer's website and they said it was 13 in wide. I emailed the manufacturer and they responded very quickly that in fact yes the door was 13 in wide. the assembly was very easy I had it put together and ready to place in the orchard for the tortoise in 20 minutes. The only thing left to do was to fabricate a door for the outside to keep the raccoons out which I was able to make out of half inch plywood and a couple of hinges and a hasp lock. Our tortoise whose name is Mo learn to go in and out of the house the very first day he loves it out there he's got shelter security and a nice soft straw bed to live in. I give this product the highest rating.

This "medium" doghouse was smaller than described in the online details. The length was 2 inches shorter. The width and depth were each 1 inch shorter. I had most of the doghouse assembled before I decided to measure it. I had to take it apart, package it up and return it to my local store. Fortunately, the return process was easy. This purchase was a waste of time, and now I still need to buy a new doghouse.
