- A: I have 3 bloodhounds that each weigh about 120 lbs, prior to this I had mastiffs that weighed between 125 and 200 lbs. I would say no, but then your idea of a big dog may be different from my idea. I bought this same dog house for my son who has 2 labs and I have seen both of them curled up inside at the same time, however I feel his labs would be considered medium size dogs and they are female.5 years agoHelpful?

This dog house was deliveries quickly. It’s easy to assemble. We installed a heater and added a nice, comfy dog bed. Our 70 lb Rottie mix male loves it.

The dog house was easily put together but was poor quality. Sides bow out if pushed on, floor has a 3/4 inch gap, lots of cracks in the wood and when you put the screws in the wood cracks. I just hope it will get my dog through the winter. We are heading to menards to buy some wood to try and reinforce the sides and the floor. If she jumps on the roof I'm not sure it will hold her weight.. 60#.
