I have two 6 month old female Rouen's. We have built and covered a large pen for them with their house inside. They are both very attached to me. Will they get depressed in the winter months and how cold is too cold for them?

Asked by: Linda422
Rouens have a strong character and generally are not impacted by cold weather. They will not get broody or depressed. You should maintain an area at 70-75 degrees if the are juvenile or adult

Ducks are shipped the day they are hatched so they will be no older than 48 hours as those are shipping priorities. Thanks for the question

Are they all females? I have too many males right now and need to even out the ratio.

Asked by: Grrlpwr77
All ducks come unsexed. Generally speaking ducks hatch at a 50/50 ratio but they are not sexed from hatch so you may receive a different ration
