These tilt latches by Prime-Line Products are constructed of plastic and come black in color. They are spring-loaded, non-handed, and are designed for use on vertical vinyl sliding windows. They fit both single- and double-hung vinyl sliding windows, and the housings measure 3-1/2 inches in length, 1-1/4 inches in width. The mounting holes are spaced apart at 2-5/16 in. on center, and they feature an 7/8 in. backset. These latches are easy to install and they are used by a variety of window manufactures.
