PancrePlus Tablets are a pancreatic enzyme concentrate of porcine origin. It is indicated as a digestive aid in replacement therapy, where the digestion of protein, carbohydrates, and fat is inadequate due to exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. Dosage is determined based on your pet's condition is as well as their weight. PancrePlus is available in either 100 ct. or 500 ct. quantities.How it Works

PancrePlus is made of porcine pancreas. It replaces digestive enzymes your pet is missing, allowing them to properly absorb and digest nutrients from their food.

Side Effects

Potential side effects include:

Mucosal irritation
Loose stool
Diarrhea
Allergic reaction, including hives, difficulty breathing, or swelling of the face, tongue, or lips

If your pet experiences any of these reactions, immediately contact your veterinarian.

Store with lid tightly closed at room temperature.

Tips

Optimal dosage levels have not been established, but oral supplementation using fat-soluble vitamins is widely recommended and accepted.
In cats and dogs with pancreatic insufficiency, serum concentrations of fat-soluble vitamins E, D3, and A are typically sub-normal. In these cases, these levels may not increase solely in response to enzyme treatment.

The 1st fill of this prescription took over a month to receive. Now the 2nd fill is out of stock. Got an email, but no update since. My dog gets very sick without these meds. Going to be switching pharmacies. Not happy with this experience at all.
