They don’t fit my grill

They don’t fit my grill as described and I’m having a heck of a time trying to get them replaced.

These grids appear to be high-quality but the grades are not all made the same. The grids are not of the same height one being shorter then the other and One of the grids were built on an angle. It’s a shame. Not the first time I’ve had quality issues with your product.

Grill plates replacement

Product came well packaged and in a timely manner. High quality stainless steel material. I will continue to purchase Monument products and would recommend their products to everyone. The grill I have I use regularly and except for the grill plates that were the original plates I have not had any problems. I strongly recommend buying stainless steel plates which will outlast the grill itself.

Does not fit

Regardless of what the website says. These grates do not fit my grill. I bought them Immediatly after I bought the grill because I have always had stainless grates and the grill at the store was the one I wanted.
Now I’m stuck with the grill with cast iron grates because of misrepresentation on your website that they would fit.
