    Poor order status

    Have yet to receive the items order one day after stated delivery date. Only status given is "Delayed"..No carrier is identified to check their order number....FedEx?....DHL?....Postal Service?....UPS?....this is the worst order tracking system I've ever seen. If you are going to make a purchase, go to the store...don't order on line.
