Ordering process is easy. The quality of this shoe was much better a year ago. Doesn't seem to hold up very well. Replacing this shoe every 3 to 4 months.

Support should be sewn under material in shoe

I love these shoes but down fall is they put like a dr scholl's in shoe that can be removed, instead it actually being sewn in material of shoe. Makes the shoe not deep enough for your foot.
