Beautifully made and durable item. I was able to personalize it for granddaughter.

I was disappointed to receive the product with missing pieces after reading other reviews with the same comment. My expectation would be that, upon receiving such feedback, KidKraft would do a quality check on their inventory to ensure the same error doesn't persist. I received excellent customer service from the person I spoke with on the phone to order the missing parts, so ordering the parts was easy for me to do online (albeit quite timely as it took about 2 weeks for them to arrive, which was a longer wait time than for the easel itself). The easel is quite nice, though not of the sturdiest quality. We are overall happy with the product now that we have all the pieces and were able to assemble it, but not sure we would purchase again.

Love the easel but had several chips in wood right out of box

Nice looking easel that is cute sitting out and not tucked away in a play room. Granddaughter (3 yrs) loves it! It’s adjustable, which is great for growth.
