Malfunction after one use

Very disappointed with this UTV. It broke after one use. When we shift it into gear, it will not move. It acts as if the brake is permanently engaged, even though the brake is released.
What makes this even more frustrating is that we can’t even get it back onto the trailer to take it back because it won’t move. Now we have to wait for someone to call us back and arrange for it to be picked up.
For a UTV that was only used once, we expected much better reliability. Having it fail after the first use is extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about the quality and durability of the product.
