Good price but stakes are warped
a year ago
I bought several of these at a good price but they are not straight. I used two to wire them to a fence in one of my vegetable plots. It did work with some struggle and I was able to straighten them a little with the tension of the wire, but it would have been much easier if they were not warped. I don't know if it was how they were stored in the warehouse or whether the wood used was already bent, but quality control really needs to inspect these and make sure they're straight before putting them into retail outlets.

The Price Isn't Right for One Stake

This item is intended to be sold in bundles of 12, and used to be sold that way (I have purchased them before). That's why the title description includes "WW6-12" - it is supposed to be a 12 pack of 6' stakes. Lately, TSC has been breaking the bundles and claiming this price is for an individual stake. Why would I buy one 0.6" by 0.6" by 6' stake for this price when one can get a burly tree stake for a comparable price elsewhere? Disappointed that TSC isn't even bothering to update the title. Buyer beware.
