Could shred metal

I wouod not recommend shredding sheets of metal with this thing but it is tough! We replaced our long loved and abused office shredder with this thing and have had 0 issues with it. It doesn't skip a beat when you put 18 sheets in it and it has lights on it that tells you how much if a load its under. Wouod highly recommend this product.

I purchased this as a replacement for my former Fellows shredder. It works fantastic as expected from this manufacturer. It is used constantly in my home office to ensure privacy and protection of important documents. I would highly recommend this product. It is truly the best shredder i have ever owned or used. i have recommended this unit to all of my personal and professional contacts. Not so quite

Worked quietly for 2 months and less than 400 sheets of paper. It is now making grinding noise and right at the end sounds like somethings breaking inside. Also, I now have to push the paper in by applying some force, whereas before I just dropped the paper in. Not sure, perhaps a not fully QC'd unit? I mean other reviews rave about it!
