Nice hat but I wish I got the regular model

The hat is of good quality and workmanship. The leather chinstrap is a bit stiff but I'm assuming it will loosen over time. The size of the dome is a little larger than I desired but it is the "Big Brim" model so I think overall it's just a little larger than the standard model. The one thing that I missed before buying is that this hat doesn't have a shapeable wire brim like the standard model does. The brim is relatively firm and should be fine in wind and rain, but you can't really impact its shape.
