I have had the summer version of this hat (which has perforated sides to allow air passage)for many years. So this hat is the winter version. I love the fact that I can wash it with soapy water when dirty. It has a wire support in the outer brim to maintain the shape you form the brim into. Hat works well at keeping the sun off my face since I am a cancer survivor and sun is my enemy.

This a good quality comfortable hat. Gifted with a large head it's hard to find a hat that fits right. The workmanship is good giving it a classy appearance.
