The strap for the winch snapped completely in half after less than an hour of use. Planning to start a return process as I have completely lost faith in the product. Very disappointed

Winter has ended but I'm ready for next yr. Working the unit and getting the feel of it has been a smooth learning transition. The steps of action required are easy and the unit itself has incredible features that I know is going to make the job not only comfortable in a warm cab but easy to perform with the self wench system, the remote control, easy manual swivel turning access, and a brilliant mount that let's you drive right up to the unit to mount with a swivel pivot point. Really, so far without testing it in the snow, the unit itself is top grade for the price. I'm very pleased

I bought this plow 2 winters ago and it works wonderful! Only draw back is getting it in the hitch. Part my fault as I don't have a level smooth surface to store it on and I am 71 years young . Was easy to install the electrical. Couldn't live without it !!

I have two of these for use at two different homes. They are very sturdy plows. Only negative I have is that on some hitches the stabilizer bars do not line up with the hitch crossbar. I solved this by fabricating a dropdown piece.
