Botched up online order, that they can’t fix

I ordered 5 t-shirts online and they only shipped me 4 of them. I called customer service and explained what happened and they said they would send me out the missing t-shirt, I received it but it was the wrong size. It was too small. I gave up and said never again.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I'm a heavy t-shirt guy and these are still the best out there. L-o-n-g tail especially in the tall sizes but I'm fine with that at 6'4
