The Carhartt Men's Ground Force Waterproof Lace-Up Composite Toe Work Boots let you end the day as strong as you started. These work boots feature the Insite Technology footbeds that are engineered to provide extraordinary fit, form and comfort you've come to expect from Carhartt. Oil tanned leather upper features a molded rubber toe bumper and rubber heel guard, and the padded collar and tongue add additional comfort. The midsole is made of lightweight proprietary EVA formulated to provide energy recovery and absorb foot strike impact. Seem pretty good, little wider than a standard medium width, leather tops showing some early wear and rolling but not terrible. The toe and heel protectors look good so far, boots were warm and dry in snow removal work

Best Boot that I can never find again

The break in time on this boot took a little bit, but after I got through it I couldn't of been more happy with this boot. For me as an industrial electrician it checked all the boxes.. (Waterproof, comfortable, and super durable). These boots would not break down and I tried. I even talked myself into tossing them after almost 2 years. And that was the biggest mistake because after I did they quit making them in my size 15M only 15W and ill forever be disappointed I dont have wide feet.
