TSC Subscription Program
Tractor Supply's subscription order service lets you order items and have them automatically delivered as frequently as needed! Simply look for and click on items that are labeled "TSC Subscription Eligible", select "Subscribe" and choose the frequency, then add to cart and checkout as you would with a single order. You can adjust or cancel your TSC Subscription order at any time. As an added incentive TSC Subscription orders over $49 will receive free standard delivery on TSC Subscription eligible products.
You must have a Tractor Supply online account and be signed in to place a subscription order
Tractor Supply reserves the right to modify or discontinue the subscription program or program incentives at any time, at its discretion, and modifications are effective upon being posted to this site. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the service description to ensure that you are aware of any changes made to it.
Tractor Supply Company Delivery Options
Tractor Supply Co. offers various delivery options to deliver your purchase to your home or business. Availability and prices will vary based on location, quantity and item size.
Standard Delivery
- Parcel items delivered to your designated delivery location (porch, mailbox, etc...)
- Oversize items delivered curbside to your residence or business.
- Additional fees or services may apply to your ordered item - the delivery company will contact you with any additional available service or scheduling information.
Same Day Delivery – Now Available From All Stores
- Eligible Items ordered before 2:00 p.m. local time and within 25 miles of the store will be delivered the same day as the order is placed.
- Eligible Items ordered after 2:00 p.m. local time or more than 25 miles from the store will be delivered the following day after the order is placed.
- Eligible items may be scheduled for delivery on the day that is suitable for you.
- Same Day delivery availability can vary based on quantity, size and inventory. The most accurate information regarding availability is available after "Same Day Delivery" is selected and item is added to cart.
Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Curbside Pickup
Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Curbside Pickup Frequently Asked Questions .
Buy Online Pick Up in Store allows you to buy items online and then conveniently pick them up - usually within one hour - at a Tractor Supply store. You avoid shipping and online delivery charges for items designated as “Pickup In Store (free)” on the website.
Curbside Pickup is now available for all stores and all items that are designated as “Pickup In Store (free)” on the website.
This program is slightly different than our “ship to store” option, in which items are shipped to a specified store location for pick up at a later date. Delivery charges will apply for all “oversize” items using "Ship To Store".
These are the steps for “Buy Online Pick Up In Store”
- While shopping online, select "Pickup In Store today (free)" for eligible items.
- Select the store where you would like to pick up your items.
- Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for Pick Up” e-mail or text message. This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation, and is the notification that the order is actually ready for pick up.
- Bring your “Ready for Pick Up email” and order number to the store. Look for the Store Pick Up location, usually at our “Customer Service” desk in the middle of the store or ask an associate for assistance. If you wish to pick up curbside, call the store directly when you arrive, and we will bring your order to you!
- We'll hold your items at the store for 2 days. If you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and you will not be charged for the item(s).
Please note some items may have age restrictions. Please ensure your designated Pick Up person is old enough to pick up these items that have age restrictions.
For your safety Tractor Supply Company is happy to load your merchandise; however you are responsible for securing your loaded product. As with your smaller items, large or bulk items will still require you to go into the store.
If the item is not available to be picked up at the store, check to see if it is eligible to ship to your favorite Tractor Supply store.
You can even have multiple pick up locations within the same order!
Once you have received the email or text letting you know the order is ready to be picked up, you can go to the store anytime during normal store hours. Please check the store hours on our website.

Not satisfied with your purchase and need to return it? No problem! Our ultimate goal is to make your return experience as quick and easy as possible. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and we are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure you enjoy your purchase and your experience with Tractor Supply Company. Shopping and returning is easy with Tractor Supply. Most online purchases can be initiated online. If it's more convenient for you, bring your return back to the store.
For store purchases, the cash register receipt or any transactions attached to a customer’s neighbors club account serves as a proof of purchase for items bought at your local Tractor Supply store.
Store returns without proof of purchase or after 30 days from purchase date require refund verification system approval. Approved returns without a receipt require a valid State or Federal ID. If approved, the item will be returned for the current
item price and any refund will be issued in the form of a gift card. Approved returns with a receipt after 30 days from purchase date will be refunded as described in the Refunds section.
In store:
- Take your purchase back to any Tractor Supply store for an immediate refund or exchange it for something else within 30 days of your original purchase.
- Please bring your order confirmation and valid I.D. to accurately refund your original purchase price.
Online Returns are easy! Simply click on the Orders Status button on the top of the site.
If you're a registered user, log in, go the "order history" page, and click the "ReturnsFAQ" button next to the order that contains the items you want to return.
Not a registered user? Enter your order details on the order lookup page, and then click on the "ReturnsFAQ" button to initiate the ReturnsFAQ process.
Once you've clicked "Returns" within the order that contains the items you would like to return, select the item(s) you would like to return.
Be sure to select the item, quantity, reason for return, and provide any additional comments.
Next, simply choose whether you would like to bring your return into a store or if you would like to ship your return back and click "Submit".
If you are shipping your item:
- Parcel: Please print off the return label and drop off your item at any UPS location.
- Truck Delivery: You will be contacted by delivery company to arrange pickup.
If you are bringing the returned item to the store: Great! We can't wait to see you!
- Take your purchase back to any Tractor Supply store for an immediate refund or exchange it for something else within 30 days of your original purchase.
- Please bring your order confirmation and valid I.D. to accurately refund your original purchase price.
If you're shipping your return back please allow 48 hours processing time upon receipt of your return.
- The originally purchased item(s) must be returned to receive a refund. TSC will not provide compensation for unexpected or ineligible items. Incorrect/mistaken items returned will be discarded.
- Shipping Restrictions - Items that have shipping restrictions can only be returned in store. This may include batteries, oil, etc.
- PayPal - Any orders using PayPal and returned online will be refunded to the PayPal account.
- Gift Cards - If a gift card(s) was used as the form of payment an e-Gift card will be issued to the purchaser or a gift card will be issued in store.
- Live Goods - Each live good may have unique return instructions. Please refer to your email communication or the product page for specific details.
- Toro White Glove Delivery - Shipping charges will not be refunded upon return of White Glove Delivered zero turn tractors in store or online.
- Example: Buy One Get One Free: If the first qualifying item is $80 and second is $20, the first item will be discounted by $16 and the second by $4, for a total discount of $20. If either is returned, the return value will be equal to the original price reduced by its proportional discount.
- Example: Buy One Get One 50% Off: If the first qualifying item is $80 and second is $20, the first item will be discounted by $8 and the second by $2, for a total discount of $10. If either is returned, the return value will be equal to the original price reduced by its proportional discount.
Yes, returns are allowed for one or all the items in the promotion. The refund value received after return depends on the item being returned. Each item has a weighted value that will be issued on return. If all items in the promotion are returned, you will receive the full value you were originally charged in your refund. This also applies in the event of cancellations.
- Example: Buy an item for $100 and receive a free $10 eGift Card. If the qualifying item is returned, the amount refunded to the customer will be $90.
If the qualifying item is returned, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the promotional gift card. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Tax-Exempt business owners and authorized employees can apply to use their businesses tax-exempt status at TractorSupply.com. Using a quick online registration process a business owner can apply and use their tax-exempt status immediately.
- Log in to or create a “TSC Account” at TractorSupply.com.
- Once logged in, click on “My Account” located at the top right-hand corner of the page below the shopping cart. Then click “My Profile” from the drop-down menu.
- Click “View” next to “Tax Exemptions” within “Payment” box to manage tax exemptions.
- Click on the “Add Tax Exemption” button. You will be asked to provide some basic information before being directed to a third-party site to complete your registration..
- You may also login, create account and manage tax exemptions from the payment page during checkout.
- Once your registration is completed, it is submitted for review. You will be able to make eligible tax exempt purchases at tractorsupply.com while registration is pending and after approval. If your registration is deemed to be invalid, you will receive an email providing the reason for rejection and a link that will allow you to resubmit with the correct information. You can view the status of your submission under the Tax Exemption portion of your profile by following steps 1-3 above.
- We cannot apply tax exemption to Buy Online Pickup in Store orders once they have been placed. However, the Store can assist with adding your tax exemption at pickup.

Klarna is a leading payment provider that lets you get what you love and pay when you like. To use Klarna to pay for your purchase, choose Klarna at checkout. After signing in, you’ll be able to choose to Pay in 4 interest-free payments or Pay Now.
Split your purchase into 4 equal payments. The first payment is collected at check out. The remaining 4 payments are collected every 2 weeks. You spread the cost over 6 weeks, with no interest or fees if you pay on time.
To use Klarna at a Tractor Supply store:
Your shopping bag of eligible items must be between $1 - $1,000. There is a minimum order amount of $35 for to use Klarna’s Pay in 4 but Pay Now is available for orders as small as $1.
If you need to return part or all of your order, simply follow our return instructions and make sure to take note of the tracking number. Log into your Klarna account, select “Report a return”, and Klarna will pause your statement. As soon as we process your return, Klarna will send an adjusted statement and payment schedule. With a full return, Klarna will refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of
your order in the Klarna app.
Yes. If you want to pay your next payment or full balance of a payment plan early, simply log into the Klarna app, go to the “Orders” page, and select “Payment Options.”
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect payments according to the option/payment method you entered at checkout. You can find out when your payments will be collected in the email that you received at the time of purchase or by logging into
your Klarna account. If you need extra time to make a payment, simply log into the Klarna app, go to the “Orders” page, and select “Payment Options,” then “Extend due date.” If your automatic payment fails, Klarna will try again 1-2 times to collect the payment. If these attempts also fail, you may be charged a late fee, and any unpaid amount will be added to the next planned payment. Your credit score will not be
impacted by using Klarna’s payment products even if you have failed to pay on time.
When you choose to Pay in 4, Klarna may perform a soft credit check only. This type of check will not impact your credit score or show up as a hard inquiry on your credit report.
