Q: how many rolls can be connected i am wanting to run 1 mile of fence with this 2" product the charger i have is a 10 mile charger
7 years ago1 Answer
- A: Any number of rolls can be connected together as long as there is proper grounding and the energizer is powerful enough to handle the load. When using polywire, polyrope, or polytape, the mileage coverage of the energizer is typically cut in half. For example, our Zareba® or American Farmworks 10 Mile Solar Powered Energizer can handle 5 miles of poly fencing (wire, rope, or tape) with no weeds and 2.5 miles under light weed conditions.7 years agoHelpful?

9 years ago1 Answer
- A: This can be used for a variety of animals. When planning your fence, it is important to ensure that the charger selected is powerful enough to provide the recommended voltage on the type of fencing material being used. For dogs, we recommend a minimum of 1,000 volts on the fence. We recommend using a poly tape insulator for this product.9 years agoHelpful?

So easy to use. Excellent so far. Mules haven't challenged it at all. Had some windy days and it hasn't blown down.
