GREAT SAFE - FIRE PROOF - TONS OF STORAGE - BUY IT

There are so many reviews I will only touch on the main items everyone seems to be concerned about. First I would like to personally thank the entire staff at Tractor Supply in Mauldin S.C. Stephanie the store manager and her assistant manager Greg where so nice and helpful. When I arrived to pick it up Greg told me to pull around the building with my receipt to pick up the safe, while I paid he got another worker to help him have it ready when we pulled around. They both placed it in my pickup and were very careful. I also met the store Manager Stephanie who was so nice and made me feel so valued as a Tractor Supply customer, also the woman Marnie who helped me complete the purchase.
1. Safe does come with 2 Keys, description is wrong
2. There is a funny odor from carpet but goes away in a few days (let it vent open)
3. Sticker on door front is NOT a sticker, it’s a magnet and doesn’t mar the finish
4. My door is not loose and has zero play in it.
5. The lock works flawlessly, it isn’t cheap at all, the beeps are audible but low sounding
6. The shelf clips are a little difficult, I used a small pliers to squeeze them for installation
7. Yes you will lose gun space if your rifles have optics but most reviews state that.
8. Safe is packaged very well and is protected. Comes on Steel Pallet not wood.
9. Safe shelving can be swapped around to make many configurations
10. Zippered door compartments are quality and best used for smaller items

This safe will not hold up in a fire it will burn everything inside your safe it’s garbage if you just want a theft deterrent that’s great spend your money for a better safe this will not prevent a loss all my documents burned with it buyer beware

I bought this safe in 2023 in less than a year the keypad went bad. I thought this was a good brand thats why i bought it. Also everything inside looks cheap, the holes where your suppose to anker them to the floor have to be extremly carefull not to damage the fire resistant material, it crumbles when you accidently touch it. I bought it because of the size.

The safe is amazing. The problem I had was the handles. When I got home and opened the safe, there was only one handle in the envelope. I called the store but the manager was not there. I called the next day and spoke with him and he was going to see if he could get replacement handles. I have not heard back since that day. This was about 3 months ago.

I’m very happy with my purchase. Do your research and understand what you are paying for. Of course it doesn’t fit 26 guns. No safe meets the number they list in the real world. The keypad is easy to program and use after following the manual. Shelves can be adjusted many ways. There is a hole in the top shelf on one side for a few shotguns to fit through. The back up keys are a great addition. The door’s gun pockets are tight and won’t fit ones with weapon lights installed but the zippered pockets feel sturdy and are great for added organization. Delivery took less than a week. The delivery company called the day before with the 4 hour window that it would be delivered in. I never got the 30 minute heads up they said I would be given but the driver was very respectful and helpful. The details say the safe will only be delivered to your driveway so don’t expect it to be carried into your home and installed for you. My driver was kind enough to roll it into my garage but as it states that’s not their responsibility so don’t expect it. My safe arrived in perfect condition. With the sale, tax and delivery fee I paid just over $700 which is great price for an entry level safe. It’s heavy but not hard for 2 men with a dolly to move around. Read the details and specifications and remember that you get what you pay for. Don’t expect a $10k custom safe.

The guy wanted to leave the safe right in the middle of the driveway, and I had to argue with him just to get him to leave it near my door. We pay a high price—$189—only for the guy not to do his job properly. I was very disappointed with the delivery service and do not recommend it

Safe works flawlessly. Keep in mind the 26 long gun rating is only if you take all the shelves out. I have 4 Long guns and a shotgun on 1 side of the safe and there isn't much room for any additional rifles. The optics, lights, accessories take up a lot of the available space.

Electronic keypad works nice, but glad it has a backup key system. There is a entry available on rear for power to run a dehumidifier and lights. Very happy with this one.

I bought my third safe from TS right before Memorial Day. Got it home and set it up, only to open it to a moldy, musty smell. It was taken out of a storage container outside of TS and loaded on my trailer, so I don't know how it could have gotten wet. There was no water damage on any of the outside packaging.
I immediately reached out to the Winchester contact given in the paperwork. They told me to buy a humidifier and a few other things that did not work. They basically washed their hands of it and said it was a TS problem now.
I contacted the store and they told me to bring it back for an exchange. It explained the hassle of unloading, loading, bringing it up the stairs, etc. They said they had a third-party carrier who they'd send to do the exchange. That was almost 8 weeks ago and still no response.
The customer service from Winchester is terrible and TS supply has not been any better.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Nice selection of gun cabinets safes only thing is nice prices I would buy quite a few for all my guns except you do not deliver and nobody else will deliver for the you people that is disgusting and shameless they're all skids of pellets for my wood burner stove but they won't haul gun safe way to heck a lot less than a discrimination I weighed over a week if people lied to me and said didn't get it delivered and I end up finding out and they will not deliver a gun state why do you back into the garage drop it off and leave and said nope they still can't do it nobody wants a mess with it so I think you people owe me a lot of money for lying to me thinking about suing her lying and the paces would delivery

This product never arrived (after paying a ton for shipping) and I’ve received no updates from the company. I’ve submitted multiple support tickets with no response and their support phone line had a message that they were closed during what is identified as their regular business hours. I’m out hundreds of dollars and left with a terrible customer experience and no product. Don’t buy from tractor supply; it’s actually just robbery. I couldn’t give zero stars or I obviously would have.

Safe is well equipped and solid for securing firearms but no way are you putting 26 long guns in here unless they are all .22/pellet rifles with no slings or optics. I have a mix of AR and AK platforms, bolt action, and shotguns (all with optics, slings, and/or lights) and fit 10 comfortably with maybe an ability to squeeze 1 or 2 more in the mix if needed. I also store 14 pistols, suppressors, loaded magazines and some sensitive documentation round out the storage capacity for my situation. Spend time inspecting the safe upon delivery - mine was flawless and well packaged - however, the shipping company never called me to set up a delivery time. Luckily I was home before leaving on a business trip otherwise it would have sat outside until I returned. You will be hard pressed to find a better safe in this price range! Have a friend, dolly, and straps ready - almost 400lbs is no joke. 5 star safe - 1 star on the shipping company. YMMV.

Advertising deception regarding delivery and set up. I am disabled too a wheelchair and comes a knock at my door. AXO freight and they will drop a 400 lbs safe at my front door. I pleaded with the man but he said not his problem. I would highly suggest that you NEVER BUY a safe from TSC. They are non supportive when handling safe purchases and after service
