I love this safe. Obviously, it isnt a top tier $2k safe, buts its great for what i need. TSC was Very helpful to load it. It wil not hold 36 long guns unless you purchase storage accessories, which is totally fine. The door does rattle, but a small cabinet spacer solves it. Overall, for $500, this is unbeatable. Tons of room and the door storage is excellent!

Nope. Never another Winchester safe.

I bought this model about 7 years ago, and have had a great experience with it. So, we bought another, thinking that it would be of the same quality as our older one, but the new safe is over 100 lbs lighter, cheaply constructed, and manufactured in China, instead of Ft. Worth, like the old one. I will not be purchasing another Winchester safe.

I picked the safe up myself from the store. It is very heavy but I was able to manage with an appliance dolly. Got it installed and I love it. It should work perfect for what I am needing. I highly recommend.

I've had this safe for about 2 years ago first 3 months were great but then my 9v battery went dead, I changed it ans was good for another month then now no new batterys work. So I must use the key to open and close. Now today (02/23/26) im lock out of my safe and my key won't unlock the door..... Edit: after countless tries i got the safe to unlock with the key but still very stiff to open and close. Very sad that I need to start looking for a new safe. I understand reviews are good on this, but im going to ask you to run from this safe, you dont want to be locked out of your safe when every second counts! I love this size and space but this is horrible, that I cant trust it to unlock when I need it most l.

Don't buy this safe if you think you're going to stack 36 guns in it. The setup is horrible and won't hold half the advertised capacity. Maybe if none of the guns had scopes or pistol grips. This is my only complaint but a big one. Would not buy again.
