Our dogs love this food

We have 1 GS that has a chicken allergy. She does great on this food. There are alot of non chicken foods that still have chicken fat or dried eggs. Out of the 3 options for the sensitive skin and stomach, this is the only one that has no chicken product.

I really like Wholesomes dog food but unfortunately this particular flavor my dogs don’t really like, and it’s only 30lb bags where as the white fish is 40.

Both of my dogs love this brand. My furbabies are pit-lab mix litter mates that are 10 years old at the end of 2026. Male has skin issues and female has tummy issues. This flavor takes care of them both. He isn't as scratchy and she isn't constantly hacking, anymore. Both of their coats are healthier. As soon as the food hits the bowl they are eating. With this brand I can intermix flavors occasionally without issues, so they aren't eating the same thing ALL the time. They love it.

My large breed dog developed serious skin issues. After getting him treated at the vet, the skin issues began to come back.
We started this brand and it seems like he's not getting worse (he's not fully better, yet, though). He mostly likes the food and it seems to be very fresh. His previous brand of dog food was sometimes a bit "off."
I will continue to purchase this for our dog as the price is great and I like the natural ingredients.

I was on the search for new dog food about a year ago - due to chicken allergies for my yellow lab and came across this food and decided to try it. There's Chicken!! (Dec 2025 review)

I bought this based on many reviews that it helped their dog allergies. I bought this and all 7 of my dogs started getting really really bad. Worse than I've ever seen them. First ingredient is salmon meal which only means the majority is salmon but the rest can be chicken.. I've never had all 7 of my dogs itchy from a single food before. Usually 3 of mine never have issues and this caused a big vet bill to counter act the discomfort, yeast and itchiness. We switched to diamond naturals, still offered by TSC and after a few weeks they are all already almost better and don't itch from it. Formula does the opposite of what it's supposed to. I have German shepherds, staffies and pits.

My boy's retired from the police department and has experienced some anxiety. To alleviate his stomach issues, I feed my boy two daily meals -- equalling 2 cups of food per feeding. With each feeding, I use only one cup of sensitive-type Wholesomes Dry food and cook the rest of his food to include meat and some type of vegetable or fruit. His bowels have improved and disintegrate into the earth faster. Thus said, his body retains the necessary nutrients - he sheds less hair, his coat shines, and he's ready for action.
