They are shipped without proper packaging and come mostly broken. This happened with 6 bixes

All of the clays were broken. I ended up getting my money refunded. TSC should do a better job shipping. This was a total disappointment and waste of time.

If I could give less stars, I would. Almost every single clay in four boxes was broken. The order was a waste of my time.

My local TS doesn't stock these, so I ordered them ship to store going they would be handled carefully during the shipment. I read the other reviews and hooked that having them shipped to store might make a difference. It didn't. The issue is that they don't ship them with their regular deliveries. They ship them through a 3rd party delivery service. I arrived at the store and the first issue was only one box had been shipped rather than the two I ordered. The next issue was that the box made bad sounds when handled. I could tell several targets were broken without even opening the box. I refused the order, but the manager at the store wanted me to take the box with me. I told her that not only where they broken, but the order wasn't complete, so I wasn't taking anything into my possession. I called the main TSC number and got the refusal and refund handled quickly. I didn't bother placing another order. I don't have faith that I would get an undamaged box.
