I don’t normally review products but felt the need to comment how much this has helped my mare. For the last 4 years she’s been dealing with ulcers. We couldn’t get to the bottom of them despite trying all of the proven expensive treatments out there. Our vets ran out of ideas to try, and we depleted our savings. A friend just suggested this supplement as she was having good results with a horse she suspected had ulcers. I immediately ordered it. For the price, it was definitely worth trying. Within a week, I could see a big change in my mare. She went from not wanting to be touched, to asking for massage, following me around the barn. I actually think there’s hope I might be able to ride her again. Most importantly though, she’s so much more comfortable. I’m super happy with this supplement. She eats it top dressed on her ration balancer and she can be picky. I think she knows it’s helping her.

My mare has problems with ulcers, and I really think this helps. She gets this and outlast daily. This stuff smells like candy, and she eats it right up.

I have been giving my horses GUT powder (& pellets) for many years. There is so much to love about this supplement. My picky eater loves these, and they smell wonderful. I love how affordable they are, while still packing a punch in terms of great ingredients to help support gastric health in both of my horses. Not only does this product contain so many great ingredients for the stomach, but it also includes a great blend of yeast to help with overall GI function.

My horse was diagnosed with a nasty pyloric ulcer after treating him for a month it was 50% better. I added the GUT supplement for future support and one month later the Ulcer was worse than first diagnosed. The pyloric area became swollen as well. The supplement was my only change. Per my vet I stopped it immediately. My vet feels that something in this caused some kind of allergic reaction. Will rescope after another month of treatment. He has never shown an allergic reaction to anything. I tossed it all.
