I’m extremely happy with the cut. So far seams like great overall build.

This is a well built machine. As a golf equipment mechanic for over 20 years well versed with their equipment. For a residential mower this is a nice machine. Plenty room to access engine for maintenance. Comfortable seat, smooth operation.

After making this purchase, I did indeed have mower delivered, sadly, by Tractor Supply's default delivery service. The 2 individuals were not familiar with operating the mower, nor were they familiar with LOOKING THE ADDRESS UP. Consequently, I had to go retrieve them from dropping my mower off to some strangers house, and, get my mower out of that strangers lilac bush, as these guys somehow put it in his lilac bush. ?? Anyway, I had the mower delivered, and immediately started mowing. What a wonderful mower!!! : ) I had used Standing mowers for about 10 years, so was very familiar with 0 turn machines. This is a wonderful machine that will most likely last me forever... I Strongly recommend the Toro Timecutter 60 inch Zero-Turn Mower, but not Tractor Supply's delivery service company.

I bought this mower last year and it has 25 hours on it. Other than having to replace the belt after the first couple of hours of use it has been great. I cranked it up the other day and it started smoking white smoke like a freight train and knocking. The oil was changed after 20 hours of use and everything works fine as far as the mower itself goes. Since I did not buy the extended warranty no one local can work on it according to Tractor supply where I bought it. I contacted two different shops that do warranty and the both told me that it sounds like a carburetor issue because the oil in the crankcase does smell of gas but looks fine. They both said that it would fall on Kawasaki since that's the engine manufacturer and the will not warranty carburetors and that they would claim I put bad gas in it which is absurd because I have two other Toros with no issues. So now I'm stuck with a mower that cost me 5000$ and it's gonna cost me more to get it fixed. I would suggest to everyone to only buy a mower at a dealer that does it's on warranty work or your just throwing money down the drain. I will never purchase anything like this from a big box store ever again and this will be my last Toro unless they make it right.

Don’t buy this mower. Very cheaply made. Everything is just cheap. Especially the deck. There’s a reason why this is the cheapest zero turn. If you can afford a few more $$ go with a Gravley or Bad boy. You won’t be dissatisfied.

Order the lawnmower and had it delivered. When looking over it to make sure everything was there notice it didn’t have a belt that drives the blades. 141.00 belt. Was told I had to order because they couldn’t not because it was out of season. I ordered it from the same website as lawnmower Tractor supply. It sad that got a new lawnmower but had to wait for a belt to use it. On a good note the gave me the money back for the belt.

Excellent mower. It truly cuts time down. Our 42 inch mower took 3.5 hours to mow 2.8 acres. With this toro 60 inch it took an hour and 20 minutes.

Plenty of power, drives and cuts great.

I currently owned a John Deere 52" Cut Riding Mower, but have had nothing but issues with the mower, and the grass keeps getting higher and higher, so I Purchased this Toro Zero-Turn Unit for my daughter so she can keep the areas around the house & corrals mowed down. At First, the Battery was down, so they were having a few issues on starting the Zero Turn Mower.

This Lawnmower cuts good when mowing. I just bought it on August 3Rd, 2024. Have had nothing but issues so far. The lawnmower died, had to replace the battery, then it still was having issues, the grounding wire was loose. Took to Tractor Supply they said it was loose and that should fix the issue. Get it home start cutting grass again, now the belt needs replacing. This is not a good reputation to start out with. Toro customer service was not helpful at all.

Broken after 2 weeks! Electrical issue after10 hours running.

Ive had issues with the battery and ive only used it theee times.. i has to jump start it

Didn't get support from Tractor Supply when I was inquiring about the quality. Excessive vibration and tracking is not straight therefore must drive much slower to maintain a straight line. Tractor supply consistently insisted it was my fault. Insisted, I must have hit something and bent the blade, that I may have created the vibration problem because I mowed with less than full engine speed. That I should "always" run the mower at full throttle. Dollar for dollar a good value but quality and support is less than expected.

Nice mower with a few negatives. Needs fuel gauge! Seat adjustment knobs are difficult to keep tight. Lost one in the first 5 hours of operation.

So far the zero turn has worked great. I have 3 acres to cut -so far so good. I do wish it had a fuel gauge.

The back tires are terrible they slide way to much

Our new Toro worked like a dream. We recently purchased a foreclosure, and the lawn had been neglected for too long! The grass and weeds were waist high! It was no trouble for our new Toro! Our 2 acre lawn was done in 3 hrs..and that's cutting it twice! Amazing machine. Thanks Toro!

Ordered online from Tractor Supply, picked it up at night. Starting cutting grass the next day ran for 1 hour belt broke. Tractor supply didn't have any of the right size, and Toro wanted me to PAY for a new belt. Around $140.00 dollars. The service man said I could bring it to a service center and they could look at it, to see what happened. This is a Zero turn and I am 65, and the service center is probably 20 miles away. So this is not an option. I had to order a new belt from somewhere else and pay for it. Very poor customer service.

This is an excellent mower, speed and comfort. Only complaint is there doesn't appear to be a shade canopy made for it. Hot Texas Summer would be more enjoyable with it! LOVE the Kawasaki engine!!

Very nice mower but upon assembly several things were not put together very well . The throttle with not stay at full throttle , both seat adjustment knobs on the seat were missing when mower was delivered to me and the hour meter does not work other that those problems it is a very nice mower.

I like the new Toro but there are somethings I'm not crazy about. The gas cap off to the side makes filling the tank with gas a little difficult. With a top fill i could rest my gas can on the fender when pouring it. Also it would be nice to have a gas gage.

Great Zero Turn Mower

Mower runs and drives great. Lots of power. I had an issue that the drive belt broke on day one and a replacement was not available within 250 miles due to this being a new model, no one is stocking the belts yet.

I had used a 48’’ lawn tractor for the past 28 years. I purchased a 60’’Time cutter max and it cut 3 hour off my mowing time. Huge time saver.
