Disappointing mower. Uneven cutting
a month ago
Mower has not cut properly since the first time we used it. Loud squeaking coming from front of mower after 3 uses. Uneven cutting and steering was also off. We took it to authorized toro service facility but they said everything “looked fine”. Replaced the blades but still feels like something is very off. We always have to re mow parts of lawn because it leaves areas uncut. Very disappointed in this mower.
No, I do not recommend this product.

You can find a list of local dealers, along with their phone contact details, at Toro.com/locator if you’d like to reach out to another dealer. If an independent Authorized Service Dealer discovers a manufacturing defect during inspection, your mower will be covered by a Toro 3‑year unit warranty and a separate 3‑year engine warranty from Briggs & Stratton. These dealers are equipped to inspect your mower and recommend the best repair option.
