After only a 2 month ownership, the solenoid froze, causing me to pay to have the mower brought to a shop for warranty repairs. It seems to me that Toro should be responsible for transit expenses.

Affordable price, but corners have been cut

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s an affordable price point, but it comes with its downsides. The tires do not grip very well, so it does not do very well on steeper incline. The engine is also undersized.

These warranties protect against manufacturing defects upon inspection by an independent Authorized Service Dealer. The service dealers are available to inspect and provide the best solution to restore your mower's functionality. However, kindly note that if the dealer determines that the issue is not caused by a manufacturing defect, the inspection cost is not covered under Toro’s manufacturer warranty. We do have a list of dealers in your area with their phone contact information on Toro.com/locator, should you want to contact another dealer. Moving further, we recommend referring to the operator's manual available at Toro.com/manual for guidance and maintenance tips.
