These cookies have completely blown me away. I wasn't expecting much going in, but boy was I wrong. The flavor is spot on - a perfect balance of spicy and sweet. The texture is also a win - they have a satisfying snap when you bite into them. One thing to note is that they are on the smaller side, so if you're used to jumbo cookies you might be a little disappointed. But for me, it's a non-issue because they're so darn tasty. Overall, I'm really impressed with these cookies and will definitely be buying them again.

I received these Tate's Bake Shop cookies, and they are really good they smell amazing just a bit hard for my taste.

These gingersnaps were tasty. However do not attempt to eat without dunking in tea. Dunking in coffee didn’t work as well. I would not serve these as general cookies but only to my tea drinking friends

My new favorite Holiday Cookie! The Gingersnap Cookies are full of ginger flavor, not too sweet and super crunchy. Pairs well with a cup of tea or coffee. So addictive and reminds me of my childhood when I would make gingersnap cookies with my Mother.
