Beware of TSC
I purchased the headgate online, wanting in to be delivered to one store close to me and was told it would have to be delivered to another store farther away and I had to go pick it up. when I arrived I saw the handle grip was torn up and ripped. I told the the TSC worker and he said he couldn't help me it was the manufacturers problem not his that was how we got it off the truck. He did not even suggest a phone # or person to contact, nor did I get a invoice or receipt for my purchase.

Multiple defects in the one I got.
Parts not working before first use. Handle weight holds the back stopper from locking in place. Calves can pull back and not lock in. Then gate bent on the 2nd calf that has ever been through it. Calf only weighs 500lb. Now both doors don’t close evenly so the front stop stops the one door before the back gets past the 2nd door. Not the best of explanation here but I could not finish tagging and branding. Only got through 3 calves and had to stop. Trying to contact Tractor Supply over the multiple defects in the product and also contacting Tarter. Haven’t heard back yet.
