Bought this primarily to shelter my truck from winter snow in New England, and it has exceeded my expectations. Very little snow clean up on the truck and surrounding area in spite of it being open on all sides (West/East facing and a bit of a wind tunnel). I have been removing the bulk of the snow from the roof, as it has a 2,500 lb weight limit, and even with 2 ft up there from a recent storm, not a sign of strain. Snow comes off incredibly well thanks to the powder coated roof panels (not polycarbonate as stated in description) even for an older person with physical limitations. It has also handled 50+ mph winds without issue. Structure is bolted into a concrete slab, and we didn't use the stakes provided by the manufacturer as they looked kind of useless. (About 8 inches long x half inch diameter and completely smooth) Overall, very well designed and constructed, and so far holding up far better than expected. Bonus: my neighbor across the street was excited to tell me that he thinks it "looks regal", and he taught architectural drawing for 30+ years! If I have any real complaint, it's not with the product, but with the delivery. It came well crated and parts were logically placed in the box. It came freight via XPO and the driver couldn't get it off the truck by himself. I had to refuse delivery, lost $300 in delivery fees and then had to make my own arrangements to get it delivered from the store.

Shelter is sturdy and high quality, but seems like the cross members are holding water. The directions were incomplete on several steps, not giving pertinent information causing us to have to disassemble/reassemble.

Beautiful Carport looks really nice we bought it for our boat and the boat looks great under it. There is only one thing that needs to be addressed and it is the roof panels they need to be secured better for wind issues .Hopefully this will last a long time.

Just in the process of assembling the carport. So far going very well. Very clear instructions easy to follow.
