I tried this supplement on my mare who has a fly allergy for quite a few months. Initially, she wouldn’t eat it. I mixed it with the gro n win pellets & was able to successfully get her to eat for the last few months. Unfortunately, there have been no differences in the flies with her. I’m bummed this product did not work for us at all.

SmartBug-Off Pellets have been key during the brutally hot summer this year! I have a very sensitive OTTB who can be very opinionated about the buggy summers. Unfortunately, my horse is not able to wear a fly sheet due to sweating issues. I was in desperate need of something to give him support! I started my horse on SmartBug-Off Pellets last summer and was impressed with how he was more noticeably comfortable this summer! My horse is also a very, very picky eater so I was concerned that he would refuse to eat a supplement with ingredients such as apple cider vinegar and garlic. My horse did not notice the added supplement one bit! I will definitely be continuing SmartBug-Off Pellets each summer to ensure he remains happy and less irritated by the pesky flies!

This is the 1st year I have not had to use fly masks and I owe it all to this product! I had no problem getting the horses to eat it with their grain either. Worth every dime!

I’ve been using these for three summers now. This most recent summer I have a boarder at my farm. Her horse is not on the SmartPak, but my three are. What a difference! I recommended that she add the supplement to her horse because the difference is overwhelming! While I still see a few flies around mine, the horseflies are gone and the flies that land don’t really bite. The boarded horse has fly bites inside her legs and it’s so sad.
