Excellent equipment

I’m very impressed with it. Assembly was easy everything came in complete. Motor oil provided to pour in at proper level. Good tires to move around with ease. At first I wasn’t sure about the hose but it’s actually good quality material. After following manual instructions I was ready to start it for the first time and it went well at first pull it started and when I used it again started at the first pull again. So far good. One detail I would like to share that I got a bit concern was the pressure knob it was very hard to turn so I went to Simpson website to know if it was a bad part but I was responded to use pliers and slowly turn counter clockwise to loosen the handle adjuster and it worked just fine after that I can turn with my hand. For me the gun seems a bit too long but I can work with it as it will work on other specific jobs. I like the different nozzle tips too. Motor noise level is normal not bad comparing to my previous pressure washer of other commercial brand smaller engine. Overall it is a great pressure washer very very powerful. I’m happy with it.
