The Red Lion 6 HP Gas-Powered 2 in. Aluminum Semi-Trash Pump is ideal for high-volume transfer and dewatering. This semi-trash pump can handle liquid slurries, including sand, pebbles and suspended solids less than 1/2 in. in dia. This engine driven aluminum pump includes a steel roll cage for easy portability to and from job sites. The pump has a 2 in. MNPT intake and discharge and a 3.8 qt. fuel tank. The unit includes a wear-resistant silicon carbide mechanical seal. The pump is easy to prime to 25' deep and the built-in check valve ensures no additional priming after initial fill. With an EPA certified construction, this semi-trash pump offers peace of mind.

First pump started leaking within a hour or so where the pump mounts to the motor. Second pump has ran for many hours by now and zero issues. Just FYI keep up with your receipt, thats the only way to swap a broken one in.

Ran fine for first 3 tanks. Crapped out on the next tank and won't run more than 90 seconds at full throttle; 2-3 minutes at 1/4 throttle. Took it back to store and they gave me number of pump company. Called them and had to leave a message- they said they would call me back, but didn't.

This pump starts easy and picks up its prime very quickly. With choke on it will start on first pull. My run time has been at least 2 hours on full tank of gas. Be sure and buy oil for it. It does not come with any.

It’s a great pump just open top plug fill with water grab the outlet hose until it pressure against the hose than idle it down put plug back in and turn the idle up let it rip starts every time. Drain bottom plug at the inlet and put back in for next time. Cool 😎 little pump does the job 5 ⭐️
