It seems to be what my lab needed.

I tried many different good name brands of dog food over the past year and my dog was getting sick at-least once or twice a week. After trying these other brands I checked around on the TSC store web site. Read up on the brands of dog food and thought, lets try the Purina Pro Plan sensitive skin and stomach adult dog food.
Well, it seems we have found the dog food that's right for my Lab. She has much less gas and hasn't been sick since I turned her on to this product.
I'M A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER OF PURINA PRO PLAN AND TSC WHICH IS ONLY 8 MILES AWAY.

Warning, causing sick dogs

Beware, fellow pet owners. We have been a Purina Pro Sensitive Skin and Stomach Salmon and Rice buyer quite some time. Purina has changed their formula without consumer warning on the bag. There is no longer probiotics in the formula. Our german shepherd has refused to eat, sick with new stomach issues, vomiting and diarrhea. Sad, since we pay a higher price for what we believe to be quality food. Switch to a different food. We will no longer trust or support Purina products.

Dogs refuses to eat it

My dogs would not eat it. Both my dogs are chow hounds and have never refused to eat anything. They went two days without touching it. Luckily Tractor Supply is awesome and let me trade it in on another brand.

Six days ago I received the bag of Purina Pro Plan dog food. It arrived covered in a plastic bag with a piece of cardboard on one side of the bag. I've never seen a large bag of dog food not shipped in a box. I looked over the bag of dog food and found a few small holes in it. The bag was also fairly dirty. I called customer service and was on hold for almost an hour. When I explained my issue they asked me to email them photos of the holes in the dog food bag. I did this six days ago on 5/21/26 and followed up yesterday on 5/26/26. I have yet to hear back. I'm asking for a refund as I cannot safely use food from a bag with holes.

Recently switched my American Akita over to this salmon & rice formula after he started having a gnarly flare up and was doing alot of paw licking and ear scratching. I was assuming yeast, and hoping it wasnt an ear infection. Its been a little over a week he has his appetite back, and his flare ups are over! Doubly impressed given how finicky he can be with kibble in general... Ill be keeping this on rotation from here on out.

Switched to this food because my girl has a chicken sensitivity and has been experiencing soft stools for 3 months despite being seen by a vet and receiving treatment. Since being on this food consistently she has had perfect stools. Plus, she goes absolutely NUTS for it and accepts it in place of treats. She has never been one to have a strong interest in food but goes crazy over this food.

I have 3 fairly large sheep-a doodles-I purchased this because the boys have sensitive belly’s. Every AM I was picking up after their breakfast meals-actually it was their breakfast. But my boys won’t touch this food. Not sure why I even mixed it with their food to gradually introduce it to them and thy would not touch it & if thy did thy would leave a trail of the pieces thy did taste.

I use this food for all 3 of my dogs and they all love it! One of my dogs has food sensitivities and this is a great quality option for her that allows me to feed all my dogs the same diet for simplicity.
