Cap was broke couldn’t use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only gave this a 1 star due to the fact I was not able to actually try it. I was super excited to receive this bird feeder. Yet I disappointed when I unpackaged it. The opening cap was broke in half. So no way to keep the food dry if I filled it. I contacted influencer twice regarding this issue with NO response back!!!!!!Which I am very frustrated and dissatisfied with. I would have loved to of been able to try this bird feeder.

Easy fill & easy clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Given that its still winter with subzero temps, high winds, and freezing rain on and off, I havent been able to put this out for birds yet. So I will update this spring. This birdhouse is adorable. I love they had themed ones and I had to have the general store. Can be hung or mounted on a pole. Holds up to 6.5lbs of seed that can be monitored with the clear windows. The chimney lifts off for easy fill, and the tray comes off easily for cleaning. Im really looking forward to using this in the spring!

Beautiful but badly designed for birds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to start with how beautiful this feeder is. The details are crisp and attractive. It really looks good. However, there are numerous functionality issues. Filling the feeder for the first time, halfway full with black oil sunflower seeds, the whole thing nearly fell apart. It is standing outside on our feeder pole and I do not know what is keeping it together. Also, it is hard to fill. You lift off the roof piece but the opening is small enough that you spill a lot of seed unless you use a funnel. Additionally, the ledge is too small/narrow for most birds except the little ones. Our red-winged blackbirds made a go of it but our Cardinals couldn't really land. I wouldn't want someone to buy this feeder, not get a lot of birds, and think it was their own fault. 5 stars for beauty. 1 star for functionality.

Durable but hard to fill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really well made bird house. I think it will stand up for years in North Dakota weather! It is so pretty and brightly colored. It was easy to hang in our front yard tree. It holds a lot of seed. The only thing I didn't like was that the hole to fill it is so small that seed gets all over while filling.
