Fantastic never worry about the hot liquid from the can again

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Solid and well constructed Design could use a couple tweaks. The lip in the boiling plate that the cone fits upon needs to be taller. The cone dislodged both putting the chicken on and taking the chicken off. Also the cone needs to be taller. Putting the chicken on solidly had the bird down too far and the feet touching the plate. Finally with the beer and chicken, it was a bit ackward and heavy to carry out to the BBQ. Poured in a whole bottle of beer and added some lemon slices. Put it on the BBQ for the time I usually do and at the usual temperature. When I took it off, it had boiled dry. More on that later. Chicken was well done, flavourful and came off the carcass readily. So while the meal was good, the cleanup wasn't. The fat and juices which had drained, burned both onto the boiling plate and on the bottom pan/wok. It was a pain to clean and needed both handwashing and a run in the dishwasher. My observations - your mileage may vary :)

The chicken comes out so juicy with crispy skin every time, and the center cup makes it fun to try different flavors (beer, broth, wine, etc.). It’s easy to clean and works great on the BBQ. It does take up a bit of space on the grill, but the results are worth it. Highly recommend if you want perfect roast chicken at home!

From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by its outstanding build quality—solid, well-made, and clearly built to last. Using it was straightforward, and it performed even better than I expected, delivering perfectly roasted, juicy chicken with minimal effort. Cleanup was easy, and the sturdy construction gives me confidence that I’ll be using this roaster for many years to come. My only minor suggestion would be for Napoleon to include a recipe booklet or a link to online recipes, which would be helpful for those looking to explore different flavors and techniques right out of the box. ​Thanks for the opportunity to test your products. I have several Napoleon grills and accessories and have not been disappointed with any of them. I also love supporting a Canadian company, especially since your products are excellent.
