Built in super corporate bureaucracy, zero custom
a year ago
I ordered scaffolding with three major components. 2 shipped on time. The main framework was scheduled to ship on time but did not. When I contacted customer service, I was advised their POLICY was to contact the vendor by email only until the order was 10 days delinquent. That makes for 2 weeks minimum since the order date. Naturally, my money cleared immediately.
Tractor Supply has a POLICY of not bothering the vendor for 2 weeks, and the customer can suck it.
No, I do not recommend this product.
