I must say you all are a top-of-the-line operation. I have a couple thousand dollars of your products and plan to buy more. I had to do my fist warranty claim for two things and it was made simple. Not what I hoped it would be.

Unfortunately it doesn’t get all the air out of the bag. Still leaves several air pockets. With steaks, burger, fish and chicken. Still wouldn’t mind trying the next model up.
