Need to check returns before restocking them

Well. The first tube I ordered was local. Took it to my dad’s place and put it on and aired it up. Later he called me and said it was flat. Took the tube out and seen it had been patched before. So I called tractor supply and explained what happened. Had to go to the next city to get one but it’s working good.
